Goodlight Cost Consultants Ltd (“Goodlight”, “we”) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 11038310. Our registered office is Concorde House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA.
For anything to do with your information, email info@goodlightcc.com or phone 020 3137 9878.
If you use the enquiry form, we collect whether you are a contractor or a lender, the approximate construction value of your project, your name, your email address and the number you would like us to call.
If you email or phone us, we keep your contact details and what you tell us about your enquiry. Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health details, as we have no need for it.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and to discuss whether we can help. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you ask us for a fee proposal, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If you become a client, we use your information to provide our services and keep proper records. Our lawful basis is the contract between us and our legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Wix.com hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions on our behalf. We also use email and IT providers to run the business. We share information with professional advisers or insurers only where needed, or where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
If an enquiry does not lead to work, we keep your details only for as long as we reasonably need them to follow it up, and we periodically review and delete old enquiries we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we need them to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations, normally six years after the work ends.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or stop using it. You can also ask us to send it to you or to someone else in a commonly used format. To make a request, email info@goodlightcc.com. We will reply within one month.
This website uses only the cookies and similar technology it needs to work, set by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
