Joseph has worked for the contractor, the developer and the funder, so he understands what drives each of them. He uses that understanding for whichever side he is representing, and still works for all three today.

Pricing, buying and managing costs for main contractors. This is where most of Joseph’s experience is.
Developer
For contractor-developers building their own schemes: from advising on subcontractor procurement through to dealing with the monitoring surveyor and design team.
For developers: running the tender process, contract award and administration, interim valuations and cost reporting.
Funder
Independent monitoring for lenders and funders, with an initial report before the facility and a report before each drawdown.
How Joseph works
Goodlight is a one-person practice. Joseph visits site, writes the report and gives the advice himself, so clients always deal with the person doing the work.
