Refurbishment and extension of a period building to create a modern private healthcare facility with 20 consulting rooms. The project included structural alterations, a lower ground floor extension into the rear courtyard, and a full internal fit-out. A key focus was the careful restoration of original features, including intricate cornices, blending heritage detail with contemporary finishes throughout.
