A phased refurbishment and conversion project for an independent school. The first phase involved converting an adjacent office building into educational facilities, while the second focused on internal refurbishment of the existing school, upgrading classrooms, offices, and common areas. Works included structural alterations to improve layout and accessibility, along with new mechanical and electrical installations throughout. The phased approach allowed the school to remain operational during construction.
